Стоп-стоп-стоп. Это 80 лямов достались не самому ЭРтелекому, а владельцу акций, то есть Кузяеву. Логику освоения бюджета я понимаю, но не понимаю, на что можно освоить шесть ярдов в рамках модернизации сети построенной самой компанией с нуля. :)
